Jordan brings over 20 years of experience in finance, strategic management, business leadership, and operations working alongside management and investors in high-growth companies.
Highlights include serving as COO/CFO of Prompt Alert and managing the company through its successful sale to Stericyle (a $10 billion NASDAQ-listed company) and serving as Vice President Finance at Varicent Software, Canadas fastest growing software company in 2010 that was ultimately sold to IBM. He has also acted as CFO for various other early-stage technology companies including Honk Mobile and Tacit Corporation. Jordan began his career in the audit practice at Deloitte and holds both a Chartered Accountant designation and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
